 1.What is shipping time on all products?
Estimated shipping time for most necklaces and earrings is 7-10 business working days.  Imported jewelry is 12-20 business working days.  Estimated shipping time for most handbags, shoes, and key chains is 12-20 business working days. These items are imported and have to go through customs to get to the United States. The few not imported has a shipping time of 4-13 days. Once a purchase is made an email is sent to your email address to let you know when your order has been shipped.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes.  We offer free shipping on all of our products.
3. Do you ship outside of the United States?
We ship to the continental United Sates, Mexico, and Canada.
4. What are my payment options?
JCB, Diners Club, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal
5. When will I be charged for my order?
You will not be charged for your order until it ships. However, you will see an authorization hold immediately after your order is placed which will be removed within 3-5 business days once your order ships.
6. How can I cancel an order I have already placed?
Call customer service an hour after the transaction at 678-744-8908 or send an email to and we will refund your money.
